Lifestyle guru Katrina Chambers set to inspire DIY decorators at free design workshops.
Interior design guru and former The Block contestant Katrina Chambers will be sharing her expertise during free interior design workshops as part of Brunslea Park’s Central Park Land Launch, being held this Saturday 23 April.
Running from 10:00am to 2:00pm at Brunslea Park Estate, the land launch will mark the official release of land for sale in the Central Park Precinct, as well as the public introduction to Brunslea Park’s new brand and vision, centred on creating one thriving community.
To inspire potential new home owners, or existing home owners looking for some simple DIY ideas to freshen up existing furniture and create beautiful and functional living space, Katrina Chambers will give two free workshops on the day at 10.15am and 1.30pm.
“We will be talking colours, styles, themes – everything that goes into creating the essence and personality of a home,” said Katrina.
“It will be a great community day out at Brunslea Park and I am thrilled to be included and am looking forward to passing along some of the industry secrets I have picked up throughout my career.”
And quite an exciting career it has been. Since her time on The Block in 2011, Katrina has expanded her reach into the interior design field, establishing a strong online following with her blog Katrina Chambers Life & Design.
Reaching over 45,000 users with over 95,000 views a month, she has earnt herself a well-deserved reputation as lifestyle guru and go-to source for all things style, design and DIY.
Outside of the digital space, Katrina is also working with local builder Paul Bourne Homes, assisting clients in planning and perfecting their colour and styling options.

Attendees can choose to attend either a 10.15am or 1.30pm workshop with Katrina, and are encouraged to register their place to avoid disappointment on Brunslea Park’s website: www.brunsleapark.com.au .
There will be plenty to do in between sessions this Saturday, with display homes to explore, live music, kids craft, face painting and a jumping castle all on offer at the Central Park Land Launch, so bring the whole family and enjoy the community spirit.
With land selling from 10:00am, attendees can enjoy the day grabbing a barista coffee or bite to eat at the Birdhouse Bar pop-up stall, viewing plans for the Brunslea Wetlands and stateof-the-art adventure playground, before heading to attend one of Katrina’s exclusive workshops.
