Stage 13 Central Park Precinct (Release 1) is well underway and on track for mid September registration. Electrical, including light poles, is close to complete. NBN conduits are complete. Gas and Riverina Water will be on site in the next few weeks. We are on track to lodge plans with Council in 3 weeks. Land selling from $125,000.
