Brunslea Park's Central Park Grand Opening 2017

Tuesday the 24th of October saw the Grand Opening of Brunslea Park’s Central Park, with over 100 community members in attendance, the event was open to the wider Wagga community to come and also enjoy, and experience the community spirit of Brunslea Park. 

The event hosted by the Brunslea Park team took on the theme of a good old Australian backyard cricket bash, with the new BBQ put to use, Infuso Coffee Van for nibbles and drinks, Free Spirit Food catering with healthy salads and snacks, kids jumping castle, live music, cake to share and a cricket set for the kids to enjoy in the sun.

With the Central Park catering for all age groups, the Brunslea Park and Forest Hill residents can now benefit from a shaded BBQ area, double flying fox, exercise station, five-way swing, a kids climbing cone, landscaped dry creek bed, walking and bike paths, and a large kick-about area.

The Brunslea Park Team see the Central Park as the perfect location for future community events, street gatherings, and kids parties to be held. Save the date for the Christmas Party, Friday the 1st of December. More information to come.
