Stage 13A Land Release Development Application Approved
The next land release within Brunslea Park has been approved comprising of 31 lots ranging from 545sqm to 767sqm, wrapping around our 1.1hectare Central Park with spectacular country views.
This will be the second release of the Central Park Precicnt, and will be the start of the new style of development at Brunslea park, considering intrinsic elements such as wellness, connectively, liveability, safety and community. As part of this, it will mean more footpaths and greater landscaping as part of the streetscape.
This will not only be a short walk away to our community chosen Central Park, but also our recently DA approved 62hectare Wetlands which will include 2.5km of walking and bike tracks, picnic sheltered and bird hides.
Along with offering larger blocks, we are setting a new benchmark in residential development.
